Hi, I'm Jill Vyn
I coach women who are done pushing and ready to lead with presence, calm, and clarity. My work blends trauma-aware coaching, The Adult Chair®, nervous-system regulation, and simple daily rhythms so you feel steady at home and strong in business.
I’m a mother, partner, and business owner who rebuilt life and work around calm, clean boundaries, and trust in my timing. I know the weight of over-responsibility and the pressure to perform. I chose another way—not hustle, but regulation, identity work, and consistent actions rooted in care.
I support women in meaningful transitions: growing a business, shifting seasons of motherhood, changing careers, healing patterns that no longer fit, or stepping into leadership. Together we regulate, repair, and reconnect. We clear the patterns that drain you, build rhythms you can keep, and turn insight into decisions that move both revenue and relationships forward.
You can grow without bracing. You can be visible and feel safe. You can create results without abandoning yourself.
I host The Jill Vyn Show and lead the Believe In Yourself Circle Membership, a monthly space to practice steadiness, integration, and community. My coaching containers are spacious and structured. Language is plain. Actions are doable. Accountability is kind.
You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You only need your next aligned step.
“Today I choose courage over comfort. It starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen. It’s owning your story and loving yourself and the best part is that courage is contagious.”
- Brené Brown
I believe you are worthy of living a life that feels like you.
My deepest transformation began when I stopped pushing and started listening to my body, my emotions, and my spirit.
For years, I lived with self-doubt, depression, and grief. I believed I had to prove my worth and earn love. I overthought, overworked, and overgave until I burned out doing “all the right things.” Everything changed when I chose to invest in my own healing—not just for me, but to be healthier for our kids.
Traditional cognitive therapy didn’t help. It added shame and more “shoulds,” reinforcing the idea that I was a problem to fix. Healing began when I turned toward energy and spiritual practices, inner child work, and nervous system regulation that helped me process past trauma.
I began to feel lighter, release limiting beliefs, and stay grounded so I could be more present—at home and in my business. As I practiced steadiness, I became more creative, decisive, and available. That’s when leadership and growth began to feel natural instead of forced.
I still practice what I teach: staying connected to my body, trusting my intuition, and honoring my capacity, not just my calendar. I lead with presence, supported by simple structure.
My work is informed by my MSW and clinical training, parts-based and attachment-informed approaches, nervous-system regulation, entrepreneurship, and motherhood. I am a Master Certified Adult Chair® Coach and previously co-founded a nonprofit that celebrated and advanced Disability identity, community, and culture.
