Hi, I'm Jill Vyn
I’m Jill Vyn. I work with women who are building meaningful lives and businesses and are ready to lead themselves with greater trust, clarity, and steadiness.
My work is grounded in the belief that confidence isn’t something you perform or earn. It’s something you rebuild through a loving relationship with yourself.
I support women who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their personal growth. Women who know that an aligned life means less pushing, less self-doubt, and more trust in their own timing and direction. The women I work with don’t need fixing. They deserve steady support and clear guidance as they lead themselves forward.
My work blends intuitive insight with grounded, practical support to help women release self-doubt and show up with clarity, presence, and visible self-belief.
I host The Jill Vyn Show and lead the Believe In Yourself Circle Membership, a monthly space to practice steadiness, integration, and community.

“Today I choose courage over comfort. It starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen. It’s owning your story and loving yourself and the best part is that courage is contagious.”
- Brené Brown
I believe you are worthy of living a life that feels like you.
My deepest transformation began when I stopped pushing and started listening to my body, my emotions, and my spirit.
For years, I lived with self-doubt, depression, and grief. I believed I had to prove my worth and earn love. I overthought, overworked, and overgave until I burned out doing “all the right things.” Everything changed when I chose to invest in my own healing—not just for me, but to be healthier for our kids.
Traditional cognitive therapy didn’t help. It added shame and more “shoulds,” reinforcing the idea that I was a problem to fix. Healing began when I turned toward energy and spiritual practices, inner child work, and nervous system regulation that helped me process past trauma.
I began to feel lighter, release limiting beliefs, and stay grounded so I could be more present—at home and in my business. As I practiced steadiness, I became more creative, decisive, and available. That’s when leadership and growth began to feel natural instead of forced.
I still practice what I teach: staying connected to my body, trusting my intuition, and honoring my capacity, not just my calendar. I lead with presence, supported by simple structure.
My work is informed by my MSW and clinical training, parts-based and attachment-informed approaches, nervous-system regulation, entrepreneurship, and motherhood. I am a Master Certified Adult Chair® Coach and previously co-founded a nonprofit that celebrated and advanced Disability identity, community, and culture.
